Techniques to skiing

The techniques to ski are a great amount because this sport involves all the muscles of the body and requires a high degree of concentration for its execution.
The main techniques to ski that we will analyze are:
• Control of the dynamic equilibrium
• Basic position
The first technique that we must dominate is the control of the dynamic equilibrium. The dynamic balance is the capacity that we own to balance to us on the skis while we moved in diverse lands and situations.
• In order to manage to improve it one is due to practice and to be sensitized. The sensitization consists of: to visualize the reduction - concentration - positive thought - control of the situation.
• The following technique denominates wedge and is a simple form to ski. The wedge is not other than well-known `restrained in V’ that consists of maintaining the separated ends of the united skis and tails to the maximum. It is a system of simple braking.
Of all the techniques to ski the basic position is the main thing one has to maintain dynamic balance. This position includes almost all the body. One is due to learn to use them so that we know that parts are due to support in skiing at every moment.
• Hips. They are fundamental for the dynamic balance.
• Arms. We can denominate them also like agents of the balance, are fundamental to maintain balance. In addition they carry the canes, which are our strongpoint.
• Head. It is another one of the fundamental components of the balance. The glance always must be fixed forwards; if we turned aside the balance is broken.
• The techniques of turns deserve a separate paper due to the importance that these fulfill actually of this sport. The most important turns are: with the foot raised - crossing the knees - in deep snow - fast on pockets - with force - etc.
• The correct flexion is extremely important to be able to ski well. Flexion is correct position of the different parts of the body that skiing requires as it will allow you to continue advancing technically. All the joints of our body must be flexion: ankles, knees, hip, etc.
• The canes are a fundamental component of the equipment and its use entails a specific technique. The canes are due to nail correctly, which can seem very simple at first. The ideal form to nail them is forwards, between the spatula of the ski and the end of our boot.
•The technique of jumps is one of the most difficult techniques to ski, but is a unique experience for that manages to put into effect it, can be really felt that one flies.
• To dominate the jump technique is not simple, but it is very necessary not to suffer important injuries, inclusively to put our life in game.
